You are going to install a program called RMM Tactical on your computer. This program will allow a technician to remotely control your computer to help you fix problems or perform maintenance. By the end of this process, the program will be installed, and the technician will be able to access your computer remotely to assist you.

The software is called “RMM Tactical” and its full name is trmm-watech-luton-workstation-amd64.exe. This is a DOS/Windows executable file. For simplicity, we will refer to it as RMM.
2. Locate the RMM File:
- The file will be located in the Downloads folder. Open File Explorer, which is recognized by its yellow folder icon usually found on the taskbar. If you cannot find it there, type “File Explorer” into the search box or press the Windows icon and search for it.
- Once File Explorer is opened, go to the Downloads folder and locate the RMM file. Look for the full name: trmm-watech-luton-workstation-amd64.exe.
- Tip: Antivirus software may block the download and execution. Please let me know which antivirus you are using so I can assist you better.
3. Run the RMM File as Administrator:
- Right-click on the RMM file to open the pop-up window.
- Click on the “Run as administrator” option.
4. Handle Security Prompts:
- A blue window will pop up. Click on “More info”.
- Click on the “Run anyway” button.
5. Confirm Installation:
- The software will ask for confirmation. A shield icon will blink on your taskbar. Click on it.
- When prompted, click “Yes” to approve and start the installation.
6. Installation Process:
- A new black window will open, indicating that the software has started and is running.
- Once the application has installed RMM, a results window will appear. Click “OK”.
7. Completion:
- Click “OK” to finish the process.
