These conditions are applicable to the services provided by White Arrow Technology. White Arrow Technology is a product of White Arrow Technology Limited., established in March 2024 at 159 – Turners Road, Registered in England & Wales No.15567749 (hereinafter: White Arrow Technology).
White Arrow Technology offers email impersonation protection services, that is, protection against cybercriminals who attempt to send emails using your email address as the sender, with the goal of making the message appear to be from you and thereby committing fraud.
All services are accepted exclusively by White Arrow Technology. The execution of a service is exclusively for the benefit of the client, and third parties may not derive any rights from it. The client shall indemnify White Arrow Technology against all third-party claims related to the service contracted by the client.
White Arrow Technology guarantees to the client that it will make every effort during the execution of a service to carry out all necessary actions, in accordance with White Arrow Technology‘s assessment at the time, to protect the client as effectively as possible against email impersonation. No other guarantee is provided.
For optimal protection, it is important that the client always responds to all questions from White Arrow Technology in a direct, correct, and complete manner, and follows all instructions from White Arrow Technology in a direct, correct, and complete manner. If this does not occur, any guarantee will be voided and White Arrow Technology will have the right to discontinue its services.
The client acknowledges and agrees that White Arrow Technology sends emails on their behalf (using the client’s email address as the sender) for testing and verification purposes. White Arrow Technology will only send these emails to addresses provided by the client. White Arrow Technology will store and use the client’s email address solely for the provision of its services.
The client must always pay White Arrow Technology invoices within 30 days. Otherwise, White Arrow Technology will have the right to charge extrajudicial collection costs and late interest of 1% per month, plus a late fee of 2% on the overdue amount.
The liability of White Arrow Technology is limited to the amount paid by the liability insurance, plus the deductible. If there is no payment for any reason and White Arrow Technology is nonetheless required to compensate for any damages, its liability will be limited to 10 times the amount paid by the client to White Arrow Technology in the last 12 months, with a maximum of £ 25,000.
All legal relationships with White Arrow Technology are governed exclusively by UK law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court of Luton UK.
